i) Child Concession: Concession for child, if no separate seat/bed will be occupied is as follows:

ii) Entry Fees: Entry fees, taxes, charges for jungle safaries & sports activities etc. as applicable will be collected extra as per govt. norms in force from time to time.
iii) Luggage Capacity: Maximum 15 Kg. luggage is allowed per pax and INR 25/- per Kg. will be charged extra for luggage weighing more than 15 Kg.
iv) Booking Amount: Booking is to be made by depositing 60% of Tour cost in general at least 95 (ninety five) days before commencement of Tour.
v) Final Payment: Balance & final payment must be paid in full before 20 (twenty) days, when the Tour will commence, otherwise the same booking will be treated as cancelled and booking amount wi1lbe forfeited.
vi) Payment Terms: Payment should be made by cash/local cheque/DD on any Nationalized Bank payable at Jalpaiguri in favor of 'Jalpaiguri Hoteliers & Trading Pvt. Ltd.' OR through STEPS from any Service Branches of State Bank of India (A/c. No. 01000050650 on State Bank of India, Jalpaiguri Branch, Code 0095). However, interest will be charged for the delayed period as -
i) Delay in receiving the amount so payable: @ 18% p.a.
ii) Bounce of payment instrument by Bank: @ 24% p.a. + INR 250 towards documentation charge / fine.
vii) Theft or Burglary: The Tour Manager/Travel Desk/Management can not be held responsible anyhow for any theft and burglary during Tour and/or for any claim thereon.
viii) Delay or Obstruction: In case of delay or obstruction during Tour (vide clause 7 of our RULES & REGULATIONS) all extra cost as applicable for each day will have to be borne by the Tourist as also must have to accept the curtailed Tour route, if such situation arise that is beyond our control.
ix) Cancellation of Booking by us: In case of cancellation of booking for any unavoidable circumstances, the booking amount/tour cost will be refunded to the concerned Tourist/s within 20 (twenty) days BUT no interest and/or compensation whatsoever will be paid for such incident.
x) Cancellation of Booking by Tourist: In case of cancellation of booking by Tourist/s before journey commences the processing & documentation fees in general will be INR 100 as also cancellation charges will be treated as on the following proportion of Tour cost.

We reserve the right to revise/update any clause/s of the Terms & Conditions, if so require under any unavoidable circumstances AND declare that any Government rules supercede all our norms laid herein. However, disputes/contradictions, if any, shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Jalpaiguri Sadar Court.
